Research Question: Where Did African Music Originate From?

Thesis: African music is very difficult to play because of the many strings on some of the instruments, the solos and getting lost in the music.

  • Topic Sentence #1: African music originates from all over Africa; some of which came from slaves.
  • Topic Sentence #2: The evolution of African instruments was very gradual, but impacted the instruments that we use today.
  • Topic Sentence #3: African instruments let a whole new world of music and entertainment open up, such notables as Elias McDaniel and Elmore James used them.
